Its almost like creme brûlée, caramelised on top, slightly burnt yummm Everything was perfect and so glad to find this place. I honestly wasn’t expecting the meat and desserts to be this delicious—but I was blown away! The charcoal-cooked meats were incredible, and the Iskender was also really well done. I actually went twice in the same day—first for lunch, then came back in the evening with my wife because I had to share the experience with her. She completely fell in love with the rice pudding! So couple days later I drove all the way back from the north just to grab 3 more rice puddings to take home. (P.S. I’m Turkish, and I can say the food here is the closest to authentic Turkish especially that rice pudding. It genuinely brought back memories.)
